Tochka Launches Wholesale Procurement from China and India

Tochka has introduced a wholesale procurement service connecting Russian businesses with suppliers in China and India. The launch was announced on 2 April 2025. Marketplace sellers are among its intended customers, alongside manufacturers, distributors and businesses developing their own brands.

Ordering and delivery

The service brings several purchasing tasks together. Its announced responsibilities include arranging payment, coordinating transport and customs paperwork, checking product quality and organising labelling and delivery to the customer's address.

• Certification can be arranged where required and not already available.
• Private-label support covers branding and development of new products.

Commercial terms at launch

The minimum supplier order is RUB500,000, excluding logistics. Tochka announced a commission of 5–10%, depending on order value. Transport expenses vary with the season and type of goods, according to the company.

Separating goods from other expenses

The minimum order and the total procurement bill describe different amounts. A merchandise order meeting the threshold still leaves delivery expenses to be considered. Similarly, the percentage commission is a separate part of the commercial terms; it does not turn the published minimum into an all-inclusive delivery price. This distinction matters when comparing orders of different products, whose transport requirements may also differ.

Further development

Tochka intends to expand the range of countries served, with South Korea named as a possible addition. This remains a development plan rather than an available launch destination.
